Somit tragen sie wesentlich zur Qualit\u00e4tssicherung und -steigerung im Studiengang bei.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dank ihres&nbsp;fachlichen Bezugs zum Bereich der Wirtschaftspsychologie und ihrer&nbsp;guten&nbsp;Verankerung in Industrie, Wirtschaft, Bildung und Politik k\u00f6nnen sie auf ein&nbsp;breites&nbsp;Netzwerk zur\u00fcckgreifen. Unsere Beir\u00e4tinnen und Beir\u00e4te \u00fcbernehmen somit eine wichtige Botschafterfunktion f\u00fcr den Studiengang und unterst\u00fctzen diesen bei der Anbahnung von Praxiskontakten f\u00fcr beispielsweise Gastreferate, studiengangsbezogene Projekte sowie Bachelor- und Transferarbeiten.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wer ist Mitglied im Fachbeirat Business Psychology?&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mitte Januar fand die erste Sitzung des neuen Fachbeirats des Studiengangs statt. Trotz des Online-Formats, konnten sich die Teilnehmenden in einzelnen Brainstorming-Sessions vernetzen und erste Ideen f\u00fcr die gemeinsame Zusammenarbeit sowie Verankerung in der Praxis entwickeln.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Leitung des Studiengangs Business Psychology freut sich sehr, folgende Expertinnen und Experten f\u00fcr eine Mitarbeit im Gremium gewinnen zu k\u00f6nnen:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Praxis\u200b<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dr. Javier Bargas-Avila, Head UX Research, Google\u200b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Silvana Gm\u00fcr, Global New Business and Head of Innovation, Emmi Management AG, Luzern\u200b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tobias Lienert, stv.
