Enhancing the Entry Process, for a Good Festival Experience

This intervention takes a multidisciplinary approach by combining scientific findings from security research with anthropological and sociological insights. The resulting intervention has far more potential than meets the eye. This thesis focuses on improving the entry process at Festi’neuch music festival in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, aiming to alleviate waiting times, stress, and negative interactions with security personnel, in turn enhancing the festival experience and nurturing community building among visitors.
