This bachelor thesis explores how intergenerational dialogue can foster systemic change within heritage organizations. Conducted in collaboration with Vitra, the project investigates the tensions and potentials between generations through design interventions such as co-creation workshops and scenario building. The outcome is a strategic framework that strengthens learning across age groups and supports transformation through shared meaning-making.
