This project investigated how organizations can foster multigenerational collaboration, uncovering that generational clashes often stem from a lack of mutual understanding. Using Generation X and Y as a lens, it explored how employees can communicate in their differing contexts. Effective communication is crucial in understanding the needs and expectations shaped by individual experiences, forming the foundation for collaboration and knowledge exchange. The proposed implementation involves collaboration sessions among relevant stakeholders, including weekly debriefing sessions to discuss challenges and achievements, monthly long-term focus sessions to discuss goals, needs, and expectations, and on-demand brainstorming sessions to ideate business improvements. This intervention extends beyond generational differences, offering a method for organizations and their members to communicate diverse contexts and experiences, fostering empathy and understanding, and enhancing collaboration.
