Terra Incognita ist eine grafisch-visuelle Interpretation der Erzählung «Güldramont» des Schwyzer Autors Meinrad Inglin. Der Text handelt von der Entdeckungsreise in ein bisher unerforschtes wildes Gebiet in der Innerschweiz und schwankt zwischen erträumter und realer Naturerfahrung.

Die Stimmungen und Formenwelten der begegneten Landschaften werden im Layout des Textes wiederaufgenommen, während der fotografische Teil meine eigene assoziierte Bildwelt zeigt. Die Form der Publikation ermöglicht das parallele Lesen von Text und Bild, die sich so zu immer wieder neuen Kombinationen verbinden lassen.

Terra Incognita is a graphic-visual interpretation of the story «Güldramont» by the author Meinrad Inglin from Schwyz. The text is about the voyage of discovery into a so far unexplored wild area in Central Switzerland and oscillates between dreamed and real experience of nature.

The moods and world of forms of the landscapes encountered are echoed in the layout of the text, while the photographic part shows my own associated imagery. The form of the publication enables the parallel reading of text and image, which can therefore be combined into ever new combinations.
