Das Erscheinungsbild einer Stadt befindet sich in ständigem Wandel, beeinflusst durch fortlaufende Raum- und Stadtplanungsprozesse. Dabei verändert sich nicht nur die städtische Infrastruktur, sondern auch die Lebensweise ihrer Bewohner:innen.

Um besonders jungen Menschen das Thema Stadtplanung näherzubringen, erforscht das Projekt, wie die Vermittlung des Stadtplanungsprojekts «Neue Reussquerung Nordpol» durch datengetriebene Ansätze gestaltet werden könnte. Mittels Augmented Reality werden über Social Media Vermittlungsformen geschaffen, die einen zugänglichen Einblick in das Thema bieten.

Shaped by continuous spatial and urban planning processes, the face of the city is constantly changing. And that includes not only the physical urban structure itself, but also the way of life of those living in it.

To help people—and especially young people—to better understand urban planning, this projects studies ways of communicating the Neue Reussquerung Nordpol urban planning project using data-driven approaches. Applying augmented reality, it proposes new forms of communication via social media that provide accessible insight into the topic.
