Com(e)FORT is a video installation designed to offer viewers a brief escape from the fast-paced, demanding, and sometimes exhausting nature of the modern world. It invites participants on a relaxing, immersive journey through captivating visuals and soundscapes. The goal of the installation is to evoke a sense of relaxation and comfort, transporting viewers back to the carefree days of childhood, when life felt light and effortless.
The setup is constructed in the style of a childhood fort, made from objects reminiscent of the artist’s own childhood. Visitors are encouraged to use their imagination to decide what this white fort represents, much like how children transform a pillow fort into a space rocket, a submarine, or something entirely invented by their playful minds.
