This graduation project explores how informal learning can strengthen first aid readiness within swiss households. It addresses the systemic challenge of low first aid knowledge across generations, despite formal training in schools. In collaboration with the Swiss Red Cross, the project focuses on adolescents aged 13–16 and their role in transferring knowledge to their families. The outcome is a circulating take-home tool designed to foster intergenerational conversations and emotional engagement around first aid. Through co-design, iterative testing, and strategic prototyping, this project demonstrates how small, student-led actions can help make life-saving knowledge a shared responsibility at home.
