Belonging at work is not something that happens by chance. It is shaped by everyday moments, team rituals, and the unspoken ways people interact. Since people spend a large part of their lives at work, it should be a place where they feel connected and part of something meaningful. However, in many organizations, the culture remains unclear or inaccessible, especially to new employees.
This project explores why workplace culture often feels invisible and disconnected from what is formally communicated. Through interviews and design research, it is evident that a gap between stated values and lived experiences can lead to confusion and a sense of disconnection.
In response, the project introduces simple tools that help teams reflect on how they work together and make their culture more visible. These tools support a shift in thinking: culture is not something fixed or abstract, but something people shape together through small, intentional actions.
