Adopted children from visibly non-European countries live in Switzerland with prejudices. Many are fully acculturated and feel loved by their families. But the outside world stigmatises them as foreign. My adoption from Kazakhstan begins with an online advert in the year 2000. I shed light on my childhood (Switzerland, USA), my current family life and my Kazakh origins in connection with my Swiss identity. The short movie about my childhood «Look at Papa» corresponds with the book «Forever Family», which shows my life today.
