After the outbreak of war in 2022, nearly seven million Ukrainians left their homeland and settled in various countries around the world. I, too, left behind what was familiar to me and started living and studying in the beautiful country of Switzerland. However, I felt like remaining an outsider. Like many other Ukrainian refugees, I struggled to integrate and adapt to the completely different lifestyle. With this present guidebook, I aim to foster cultural exchange, enabling Ukrainians and Swiss people to better understand each other despite their differences.
