Bioelektronik erweitert die Funktionen des menschlichen Körpers. Implantierte elektronische Elemente interagieren mit dem Organismus und verbinden ihn mit dem Internet. Die vorliegende Arbeit spielt mit Spekulationen über die Potentiale und Gefahren künftiger Bioelektronik im Themengebiet der Überwachung. Das Projekt besteht aus zwei Videoinstallationen. Ein Video beinhaltet Aufnahmen aus dem Spiel Cyberpunk 2077, das andere zeigt ein fiktiver Chat zwischen zwei Teenagern. Dabei nimmt das Projekt einen dystopischen Ton an, will damit aber keine Angst verbreiten, sondern die Zuschauer zum Nachdenken bewegen.

Bioelectronics extend the functions of the human body. Implanted electronic elements interact with the organism and connect it to the internet or other computer-controlled systems. This work plays with speculations about the potentials and dangers of future bioelectronics in the area of surveillance. The project contains two video works, which show a possible future scenario. One consists of footage gathered from the videogame Cyberpunk 2077, the other is a fictional chat between two teenagers. The project takes on a dystopian tone, but does not aim to spread fear, but rather to make the viewer think.
