When going to a retail store, we can find a product and information about it fast and independently. But what is about the people who interact with the world non-visually? How can they interpret the visually presented information? Through the help of an empathetic, understanding, and carrying personnel.

How: A three-phased sensitivity training for retail stores employees. The three phases aim to create awareness, develop empathy and ensure continuous improvement of customer services.
