What?

Deciphering and transforming the working culture of a real business.

Why?

A newly independent promotional agency based in Basel, Switzerland, has become somewhat inefficient due to its poisonous working culture. Quarrels between front- and back-office employees are recurring. Change is in order.

How?

The strategy is straight forward: specified behavioural change directed at the leader of the business. The journey there, was hard, and intends to break the odds of three in four business transformations failing.
