Dieser Regulierungsbereich bleibt sehr dynamisch. Ein fundiertes ESG-Controlling ist heute deshalb unerl\u00e4sslich, um den Pflichten nachzukommen und zugleich die eigene Marktposition zu st\u00e4rken. Wer die rechtlichen Grundlagen kennt und versteht, kann vorausschauend handeln und ESG-Kriterien gezielt in strategische \u00dcberlegungen integrieren.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Wo sehen Sie aktuell die gr\u00f6ssten Herausforderungen f\u00fcr Unternehmen in Bezug auf ESG Reporting oder Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie \u2013 und wie lassen sich diese bew\u00e4ltigen?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir sehen im Moment einen \u00dcbergang von freiwilligen Nachhaltigkeitsberichten hin zu gesetzlich verbindlichen ESG-Offenlegungspflichten. Eine grosse Herausforderung liegt dabei in der Komplexit\u00e4t, Dynamik und dem hohen Detaillierungsgrad der neuen ESG-Regelwerke. Viele Unternehmen wissen nicht, wo sie anfangen sollen oder wie rechtliche Anforderungen in operative Prozesse zu \u00fcbersetzen sind. Interne Strukturen, Datenqualit\u00e4t und Zust\u00e4ndigkeiten m\u00fcssen neu gedacht werden. Daf\u00fcr braucht es juristische Klarheit, interdisziplin\u00e4re Zusammenarbeit, den Aufbau von ESG-spezifischem Know-how und praktikable Umsetzungshilfen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Welche Impulse m\u00f6chten Sie den Teilnehmenden des CAS in Ihrer Lehrveranstaltung mitgeben?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mein Ziel ist es, den Teilnehmenden ein Grundverst\u00e4ndnis der gesetzlichen und regulatorischen Grundlagen zu vermitteln, damit sie verstehen, welche konkreten\u202fAnforderungen an ihr Unternehmen gestellt werden. Dabei ist es mir wichtig, dass rechtliche Vorgaben nicht als Belastung wahrgenommen werden, sondern als strukturgebender Rahmen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns alignwide is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-829b1d53 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\" style=\"margin-bottom:0\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-b923448f8ccd9105a87ee808dcdb7cd1 is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"color:#000000;background:linear-gradient(135deg,rgb(119,197,216) 0%,rgb(119,197,216) 100%);background-color:#c0ebf1;padding-top:2em;padding-right:2em;padding-bottom:2em;padding-left:2em\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"patron\" style=\"font-size:40px\">Vita<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity is-style-wide\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eva M\u00fcller<\/strong> studierte Rechtswissenschaften an der Universit\u00e4t Fribourg und schloss ihr zweisprachiges Studium (Deutsch\/Franz\u00f6sisch) mit dem Bachelor und Master of Law ab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Anwaltspatent erwarb sie 2020 nach einem Gerichtspraktikum am Bezirksgericht Zurzach (2019\u20132020) und einer Substitutenstelle bei Lenz &amp; Staehelin (2018\u20132019).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Danach war sie von 2021 bis 2025 als Rechtsanw\u00e4ltin bei der Kanzlei Lenz &amp; Staehelin t\u00e4tig, wo sie Unternehmen vorwiegend im Bereich &#8218;Restructuring &amp; Insolvency&#8216; betreute. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ihr spezialisiertes Fachwissen im Umweltrecht vertiefte sie 2023\/2024 im Rahmen eines LL.M.-Studiums an der University of Hawaii at Manoa und beriet fortan auch im Bereich ESG.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seit 1. Juli 2025 ist Eva M\u00fcller als Rechtsanw\u00e4ltin ESG, Products &amp; Regulatory beim Migros-Genossenschafts-Bund t\u00e4tig.
