Zudem gewinnen auch ESG-Klauseln in Vertr\u00e4gen (zum Beispiel in Lieferantenvertr\u00e4gen und M&amp;A Transaktionen) an Bedeutung. Ein \u00fcbergeordnetes Thema ist die Frage, wie sich rechtliche ESG-Anforderungen pragmatisch mit der unternehmerischen Realit\u00e4t vereinbaren lassen \u2013 also insbesondere zwischen Compliance, Reputationsaspekten und operativer Umsetzbarkeit.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Welche Impulse m\u00f6chten Sie den Teilnehmenden des CAS aus Ihrer Lehrveranstaltung mitgeben?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mein Ziel ist es, den Teilnehmenden nicht nur juristisches und regulatorisches Wissen zu vermitteln, sondern vor allem ein strategisches Verst\u00e4ndnis daf\u00fcr zu schaffen, wie ESG und Nachhaltigkeit unternehmerisch sinnvoll und rechtssicher umgesetzt werden k\u00f6nnen. Dabei lohnt es sich, kritisch, l\u00f6sungsorientiert und interdisziplin\u00e4r zu denken: ESG betrifft nicht nur Compliance, sondern auch Unternehmensstrategie, Kommunikation und Risikomanagement. Mit dieser Sichtweise bietet sich ein Gestaltungsraum mit unternehmerischem Potenzial.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Warum ist es aus Ihrer Sicht gerade jetzt so wichtig, sich fundiert mit ESG Controlling auseinanderzusetzen?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>ESG ist ein strategischer Steuerungsfaktor \u2013 f\u00fcr Unternehmen ebenso wie f\u00fcr Investoren, Beh\u00f6rden und die \u00d6ffentlichkeit. Ein belastbares ESG-Controlling geht \u00fcber eine reine Berichterstattung hinaus, das heisst ohne fundiertes ESG-Controlling sind die entsprechenden Ziele weder \u00fcberpr\u00fcfbar noch \u2013 und das ist entscheidend \u2013 strategisch wirksam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns alignwide is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-829b1d53 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\" style=\"margin-bottom:0\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-d921307c09a71dfa9341b7b3c898b037 is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"color:#000000;background:linear-gradient(135deg,rgb(119,197,216) 0%,rgb(119,197,216) 100%);background-color:#c0ebf1;padding-top:2em;padding-right:2em;padding-bottom:2em;padding-left:2em\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"patron\" style=\"font-size:40px\">Vita<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity is-style-wide\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p>Stefan B\u00fcrge ist General Counsel der Oxyle\u202fAG, einem Wachstumsunternehmen im Bereich Wasseraufbereitung (PFAS-Entfernung), und Konsulent bei der Kanzlei Probst Partner. Er ber\u00e4t und prozessiert insbesondere in den Bereichen Scale-up (wachsende Organisationen), Nachhaltigkeit und geistiges Eigentum. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nach seinem Studium an der Universit\u00e4t St.Gallen und an der University of British Columbia, Kanada, war er zuerst in einer Grosskanzlei in Z\u00fcrich und Genf t\u00e4tig und dann als General Counsel bei Climeworks, einem Wachstumsunternehmen im Bereich Carbon Dioxide Removal. Nach einem zus\u00e4tzlichen Abschluss an der Stanford University (LL.M. in Law, Science &amp; Technolog) war Stefan B\u00fcrge als Foreign Associate bei Infosys in Bangalore, Indien, und einer indischen Anwaltskanzlei t\u00e4tig.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stefan B\u00fcrge hat interdisziplin\u00e4re, internationale Teams in verschiedenen L\u00e4ndern aufgebaut und geleitet.
