Der Abstract von unserem Beitrag:<\/p>\n<p>Guter Kundenservice ist heute f\u00fcr den Kunden eine Selbstverst\u00e4ndlichkeit. Die Erwartungen sind hoch und die Bed\u00fcrfnisse des Kunden m\u00fcssen unabh\u00e4ngig von der Zeit und dem gew\u00e4hlten Kommunikationskanal von den Unternehmen erf\u00fcllt werden. Indem Unternehmen dieser Erwartungshaltung entsprechen und einen exzellenten Kundenservice bieten, k\u00f6nnen sie sich einen Wettbewerbsvorteil erarbeiten: Die Kundenbindung wird erh\u00f6ht und dies wirkt sich direkt auf den Unternehmenserfolg aus. Da immer mehr Kunden soziale Medien f\u00fcr ihre Bed\u00fcrfnisse nutzen, ist es eine logische Entwicklung, dass neben den traditionellen Kundenkan\u00e4len wie Telefon auch immer h\u00e4ufiger Kundenservice auf Social Media Plattformen von den Unternehmen angeboten werden m\u00fcssen. Durch ihre Vielzahl wird das Verwalten dieser Kundenkan\u00e4le immer komplexer und stellt die Customer Contact Center vor gro\u00dfe Herausforderungen. Eine Schwierigkeit ist das Defizit von allgemein akzeptierten und etablierten Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) f\u00fcr Customer Contact Center. Hier setzt das Forschungsprojekt Dialogmonitor (DIMO) der Hochschule Luzern an. Auf Basis der DIN\u00a0EN\u00a015838 entwickelt das Projektteam das Framework \u201eDialog-KPIs\u201c f\u00fcr das Management der Servicequalit\u00e4t von Customer Contact Centern. Im Framework werden die relevanten KPIs unter Ber\u00fccksichtigung der betrieblichen Praxis festgelegt und in einem weiteren Schritt das umfassende Benchmarking-Tool \u201eService Excellence Cockpit\u201c f\u00fcr Customer Contact Center erstellt.<\/p>\n<p>Unser KTI-Projekt DIMO haben wir k\u00fcrzlich abgeschlossen.
