Sie bieten Unternehmen die Chance innovative Gesch\u00e4ftsmodelle zu entwickeln, neue Produkte und Dienstleistungen zu realisieren und inner- und zwischenbetriebliche Abl\u00e4ufe effizienter zu gestalten. Die digitalen Entwicklungen machen auch vor dem Controlling nicht halt. Viele Controllingverantwortliche fragen sich, wie sie mit der Digitalisierung einen Wertbeitrag generieren k\u00f6nnen: Wie k\u00f6nnen die Chancen der digitalen Transformation ergriffen und die richtigen internen Massnahmen abgeleitet werden?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Zielsetzung<br \/>\n<\/strong>Im Rahmen vom Forschungsprojekt \u201eDigitalisierung im Controlling\u201c wird ein Reifegradmodell entwickelt. Es stellt auf der Basis digitaler Technologien die Auswirkungen auf Controllingprozesse, Controllingorganisation und Controllingprofil dar (vgl. Abb. 1). Auf dieser Grundlage wird der Reifegrad des Controllings bestimmt. F\u00fcr die teilnehmenden Unternehmen bildet die Einstufung die Ausgangslage f\u00fcr die Erarbeitung einer zielgerichteten, wirksamen und nachhaltigen Strategie zur Nutzung der Digitalisierung im Controlling. Neben einem Benchmarking gegen\u00fcber anderen Schweizer Unternehmen und die Einordnung in das aufgestellte Reifegradmodell, w\u00fcrden die Teilnehmer von einer Roadmap zur Digitalisierung im Controlling profitieren.
