KMU Forums zum Thema \u00abFinanzielle Steuerung und Kontrolle in KMU\u00bb wurde am vergangenen Montag am Institut f\u00fcr Finanzdienstleistungen Zug IFZ der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kmu-benchmark.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">KMU-Benchmark<\/a> vorgestellt. Die Veranstaltung war gepr\u00e4gt von interessanten Referaten, die die finanzielle Steuerung und Kontrolle aus konzeptioneller und praktischer Sicht, z. B. in Form der Unterst\u00fctzung durch Business-Software, beleuchteten. Beim anschliessenden Ap\u00e9ro tauschten sich die rund 100 Interessierten \u00fcber den Benchmark und die am Forum aufgeworfenen Fragen aus.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Das <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hslu.ch\/ifz\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">IFZ<\/a> f\u00fchrt zusammen mit Wirtschaftsverb\u00e4nden zweimal j\u00e4hrlich Fachveranstaltungen durch, die sich dem Thema der finanziellen F\u00fchrung von KMU annehmen. Dabei stehen praktische Herausforderungen, die sich kleinen und mittelgrossen Unternehmen stellen, im Mittelpunkt. Referate der Hochschule Luzern, der Sage Schweiz AG und der querformat AG zeigten an der zweiten Abendveranstaltung der 25. Reihe die Aspekte von finanzieller Steuerung und Kontrolle aus verschiedenen Perspektiven auf.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hslu.ch\/de-ch\/hochschule-luzern\/ueber-uns\/personensuche\/profile\/?pid=224\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Prof. Dr. Stefan Hunziker<\/a>, Studiengangleiter MSc International Financial Management, er\u00f6ffnete die Veranstaltung mit einem Blick auf die vergangenen Aktienrechtsrevisionen, die IKS-Pflicht und damit verbundene Fragen f\u00fcr KMU, die den Ausgangspunkt eines <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hslu.ch\/de-ch\/hochschule-luzern\/forschung\/projekte\/detail\/?pid=652\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">IFZ-Forschungsprojektes<\/a> darstellten. Dazu wurden die aktuellsten Forschungsresultate vorgestellt und zentrale Handlungsfelder zur Optimierung der finanziellen Steuerung und Kontrolle wie die Risikokultur, die Rolle der IT-Systeme und das Wissensmanagement thematisiert.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.sage.com\/ch\/header\/ueber-sage\/management\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Marc Ziegler<\/a>, Country Manager der Sage Schweiz AG, er\u00f6rterte darauf beruhend die Potenziale von Business-Software anhand des Debitorenprozesses. Neben effektiven Kontrollen erm\u00f6glicht Sage seinen Kunden eine hohe Automatisierung und Prozesssteuerung zu erreichen. Dabei soll auch eine optimale Vernetzung der Prozesse mit dem Umfeld erzielt werden. Als Hauptumsetzungspartner des erw\u00e4hnten KTI-Forschungsprojektes betonte Marc Ziegler abschliessend den grossen Mehrwert, den Unternehmen mit dem KMU-Benchmark erzielen k\u00f6nnen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hslu.ch\/de-ch\/hochschule-luzern\/ueber-uns\/personensuche\/profile\/?pid=1318\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Stefan Renggli<\/a>, Studiengangleiter MAS Controlling, pr\u00e4sentierte danach die Online-Plattform KMU-Benchmark, die zusammen mit dem Business-Software-Anbieter Sage entwickelt wurde. Diese erm\u00f6glicht kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen, ihre Steuerungs- und Kontrollmassnahmen im Finanzbereich selber kritisch zu durchleuchten und eigene Auswertungen mit jenen von anderen KMU zu vergleichen. Stefan Renggli wies dar\u00fcber hinaus auf die Wichtigkeit hin, die Assessment-Fragen des Benchmarks im Team anzugehen, um konstruktive Diskussionen anstossen zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.querformatag.ch\/Team.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Walter Kaufmann<\/a>, Projektleiter der querformat AG, schilderte in seinem Erfahrungsbericht den Umgang mit dem KMU-Benchmark. Dabei stellte er heraus, dass vorab eine gewisse Skepsis bestand, weil KMU im Alltagsgesch\u00e4ft nur wenig Zeit finden, solche Tools zu testen. W\u00e4hrend des begleiteten Pilot-Versuchs erkannte die Gesch\u00e4ftsleitung aber den Wert, sich kritisch mit Organisation &amp; Kultur, Information &amp; Kommunikation sowie Steuerung &amp; Kontrolle auseinanderzusetzen. Dar\u00fcber hinaus sch\u00e4tze querformat die M\u00f6glichkeit, Vergleiche mit Unternehmen \u00e4hnlicher Gr\u00f6sse und aus derselben Branche vorzunehmen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Das Fazit der Veranstaltung brachte klar hervor: Ein auf Freiwilligkeit basierendes, breit ausgelegtes Steuerungs- und Kontrollsystem kann in KMU die Effektivit\u00e4t und Effizienz erh\u00f6hen. Pragmatische Hilfsmittel, die die relevanten KMU-Herausforderungen adressieren, f\u00f6rdern dabei die Umsetzung.
