Den Best Paper Award 2016 im Bereich Lehre gewannen G\u00fcnther Wenzel &amp; Prof. Dr. Christa Walenta von der Ferdinand Porsche Fern FH, Wiener Neustadt, \u00d6sterreich.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Das im pr\u00e4mierten Beitrag vorgestellte Modul \u201aFinanzierung und Investition\u2018 bedient sich des Blended Learning. Blended Learning kombiniert Pr\u00e4senzveranstaltungen mit betreutem Selbststudium. Das Modul orientiert sich konsequent an den in den Lernergebnissen formulierten Kompetenzen. Die Lernergebnisse sind handlungsorientiert und unter Einbezug der Bloom\u2019schen Taxonomie formuliert. Das f\u00fcr das berufsbegleitende Fernstudium im Studiengang Bachelor Betriebswirtschaft und Wirtschaftspsychologie entwickelte Modul startet mit einer einf\u00fchrenden Vorlesung (Pr\u00e4senzphase). Diese erm\u00f6glicht pers\u00f6nliche Kontakte unter den Teilnehmenden und zwischen Studierenden und Lehrenden. Neben der Dokumentenablage werden \u00fcber Moodle die Aufgaben (inkl. Abgabem\u00f6glichkeit), Multiple-Choice-Tests, \u00dcbungen mit L\u00f6sungswegen im Videoformat sowie ein virtueller Meeting-Raum mit Chats und Videokonferenzen bereitgestellt. Die Studierenden haben w\u00e4hrend der Phase des Selbststudiums die M\u00f6glichkeit an zwei Webkonferenzen teilzunehmen. Ob die Lernziele erreicht wurden wird neben Leistungsnachweisen auch mit einer Selbsteinsch\u00e4tzung der Studierenden an drei Zeitpunkten ermittelt. Es findet also aus Sicht der Studierenden eine Eigen- und Fremdevaluation statt, was die Selbstreflexion unterst\u00fctzt.<\/p>\n<p>Die ersten Erfahrungen mit dem neu konzipierten Modul sind positiv. Eine umfassende Evaluation wird nach Abschluss der ersten Durchf\u00fchrung vorgenommen. Die Autoren merken jedoch an, dass die Umstellung eines Moduls auf das Blended Learning sehr zeitaufw\u00e4ndig ist.<\/p>\n<p>Der diesj\u00e4hrige Best Paper Award in den Bereichen Forschung und Lehre wurde vom Hotel Palace Luzern gesponsert. Die Autoren der beiden Paper gewannen je eine \u00dcbernachtung inkl. Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck und Spa f\u00fcr zwei Personen im Wert von \u00fcber CHF 1\u2018200.
