Bis Dezember 2006 leitete Matthias W\u00e4chter die Schweizerische Arbeitsgemeinschaft f\u00fcr Sozialpolitik (SAS), bis 2012 arbeitete er als pers\u00f6nlicher Mitarbeiter der Vorsitzenden der Gesch\u00e4ftsleitung beim Schweizerischen Roten Kreuz Kanton Z\u00fcrich. Seit Oktober 2011 ist er als Co-Leiter des Forschungsprogramms \u201e\u00d6ffentliches Gesundheitsmanagement\u201c an der Hochschule Luzern \u2013 Wirtschaft t\u00e4tig.
