Dazu werden moderne Moderationstechniken und Collaboration-Tools eingesetzt, um eine echte und nachhaltige Zusammenarbeit zu f\u00f6rdern.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><p align=\"justify\">Die Durchf\u00fchrung der Meetings erfolgt via dem Video-Konferenz-Tool \u00abZoom\u00bb und die inhaltliche Arbeit und der fachliche und pers\u00f6nliche Austausch mit dem Collaboration-Tool \u00abMural\u00bb unterst\u00fctzt. Bei den ersten Treffen standen das Kennenlernen der Teilnehmer im Vordergrund. Der inhaltliche Einstieg erfolgte mit einem fundierten \u00dcberblick \u00fcber die agilen Werte, Prinzipien und Methoden und deren Bedeutung f\u00fcr das Controlling. Mit der agilen Toolbox wurden die agilen Herausforderungen im Controlling und die Erwartungen der Teilnehmer an den Fachkreis bestimmt und diskutiert. Im L\u00f6sungsraum wurden vielf\u00e4ltige agile Controlling-Themen dokumentiert. Die Bandbreite umfasst das Verst\u00e4ndnis von einem agilen Controlling, die Ausgestaltung der agilen Controlling-Organisation, agile Kultur, die Controlling-Rolle im agilen Unternehmen, die wirtschaftliche Implementierung agiler Controlling-Strukturen bis zur Steuerung agiler Unternehmen. Die agilen Themenfelder und weitere agile Impulse werden in den folgenden Meetings aufgegriffen und L\u00f6sungsans\u00e4tze entwickelt.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><p align=\"justify\">Ein wichtiges und zentrales Thema f\u00fcr die Teilnehmer ist das agile Kompetenzprofil im Controlling. Das Controlling-Kompetenzprofil erf\u00e4hrt durch den digitalen Wandel bereits eine grosse Ver\u00e4nderungsdynamik (Digitale Technologien, Business Analytics). Die relevanten agilen F\u00e4higkeiten und deren wertbringender Einsatz sind immer wichtigere Anforderungen an ein modernes Controlling-Profil, um die Rolle als Business Partner auch zuk\u00fcnftig einzunehmen.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><p align=\"justify\">Ein weiteres, wichtiges Anliegen der Teilnehmer ist die Vorstellung von aktuellen agilen Projekten im Controlling.
