Es braucht einen Handlungsrahmen aus bew\u00e4hrten und neuen Controlling-Ans\u00e4tzen, um die vielf\u00e4ltigen Herausforderungen der agilen, digitalen und \u00f6kologischen Transformation erfolgreich zu bew\u00e4ltigen. Das Controlling sollte sich deshalb auf seine methodischen und analytischen St\u00e4rken besinnen und sich aktiv bei der Gestaltung der zuk\u00fcnftigen Gesch\u00e4ftsmodelle einbringen.
