Doch nur wenige k\u00f6nnen die Preise ausreichend an die Kunden weitergeben. Mit welchen Massnahmen kann man aus Deiner Sicht und mit Deiner langj\u00e4hrigen Erfahrung gegensteuern?<\/strong><br><br><strong>Ingo Cassack:<\/strong> Es ist in der Tat eine vielschichtige Herausforderung. Nach Jahren der hohen Preisstabilit\u00e4t bringt die Inflation Aufgaben ins Blickfeld, die l\u00e4nger nicht im Fokus standen. Prim\u00e4reffekte sind Preiserh\u00f6hung auf der Einkaufseite, Schwankungen bei Wechselkursen und Zinssteigerungen. Insgesamt l\u00e4sst sich eine Erh\u00f6hung der Unsicherheit feststellen.<br><br>Im Vertrieb sollten zeitnah Preiserh\u00f6hung durchgef\u00fchrt werden. Generell gilt, dass Preissenkungen einmalig und dann in grossen Schritten und (inflationsbedingte) Preiserh\u00f6hungen regelm\u00e4ssig (z. B. halbj\u00e4hrlich) in kleineren Schritten durchgef\u00fchrt werden sollten. Auch sind \u00abEckprodukte\u00bb, die einfacher vergleichbar sind, nat\u00fcrlich sensibler zu bepreisen, als stark differenzierte Produkte oder Dienstleistungen.<br><br>Auf der Einkaufseite stecken viele Unternehmen nat\u00fcrlich noch in dem Dilemma, dass die Verf\u00fcgbarkeit noch nicht wieder vollkommen hergestellt ist. Zur Vermeidung von hohen Kostensteigerungen ist eine Entwicklung von neuen Lieferanten strategisch wichtig. Kennzahlen zur Anzahl von Lieferanten f\u00fcr wichtige Vorprodukte k\u00f6nnen in ein Cockpit eingebaut werden. Bei \u00abSingle Sourcing\u00bb k\u00f6nnen dann konkrete Massnahmen erfolgen. Sonst zahlen Unternehmen f\u00fcr harte, kurzfristige Verhandlungen mit geringeren Preissteigerungen mittel- und langfristig einen hohen Preis.<br><br><strong>Ulrich Egle: Wie navigiert man als Controller ein Unternehmen erfolgreich durch die Inflation?<\/strong><br><br><strong>Ingo Cassack:<\/strong> Viele multinationale Unternehmen k\u00f6nnen sich dabei aus einem breiten Erfahrungsschatz bedienen. Ich habe als junger Leiter Controlling F\u00fchrungserfahrung in S\u00fcdamerika gesammelt. Die Herausforderungen der Inflation waren dort immer mehr oder weniger pr\u00e4sent. Ich bin sicher, dass das Wissen zur Steuerung in vielen gr\u00f6sseren Unternehmen vorhanden ist. Und auch kleinere Unternehmen k\u00f6nnen von den Erfahrungen aus Brasilien, Argentinien, S\u00fcdafrika lernen.<br><br>In Brasilien war und ist es \u00fcblich in Vertr\u00e4gen Inflationsindizes einzubauen. Diese Kennzahlen k\u00f6nnen aus meiner Sicht auch gut in Mitteleuropa z. B. f\u00fcr personalintensive Dienstleistungen genutzt werden. Wartungsvertr\u00e4ge k\u00f6nnen z. B. f\u00fcr Deutschland einen offiziellen Verbraucherpreisindex nutzen (z. B. gem\u00e4ss <a href=\"https:\/\/www.destatis.de\/DE\/Home\/_inhalt.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Statistisches Bundesamt<\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/)\">)<\/a>.<br><br>Aus meiner Sicht geh\u00f6rt auch die Wechselkursentwicklung gerade bei exportabh\u00e4ngigen Unternehmen (wieder) als Kennzahl in jedes Cockpit. Eine Hedging-Policy kann so z. B. festlegen, dass rollierend 80% des \u00abExposures\u00bb abzusichern sind. Einige Unternehmen nutzen dabei eine Quotierung (z. B. jedes 3. Quartal zum 5. Arbeitstages des Monats), um Ausschl\u00e4ge zu vermeiden. Dieses Vorgehen erscheint mir sehr rational und pragmatisch.<br><br>Nat\u00fcrlich muss ein Unternehmen vorher zun\u00e4chst f\u00fcr das Ist und die Planung berechnen, wie hoch das Exposure bzw. die Nettobelastung ist. Dies stellt f\u00fcr einige Unternehmen oft schon eine Herausforderung dar, wenn z. B. Dollar-Kosten und Dollar-Ums\u00e4tze sehr stark schwanken. Aus meiner Erfahrung gilt hier aber: \u00abLieber ungef\u00e4hr richtig, als gar nicht\u00bb.<br><br><strong>Ulrich Egle: Wo setzt Du Deinen inhaltlichen Schwerpunkt beim Seminar \u00abInflations-Controlling\u00bb?<\/strong><br><br><strong>Ingo Cassack:<\/strong> \u201cWhat gets measured, gets done.\u201d Aus meiner Sicht geht es beim Inflations-Controlling darum, Kennzahlensysteme gezielt zu erg\u00e4nzen. Nat\u00fcrlich sind oft prim\u00e4re Effekte im Vordergrund. Wie k\u00f6nnen Preise erh\u00f6ht sowie Personal- und Einkaufskosten \u201eim Griff\u201c gehalten werden. Daneben geht es aber auch um sekund\u00e4re Effekte. Die Inflation f\u00fchrt zu Wechselkursver\u00e4nderungen. So k\u00f6nnen die Gewinne in Fremdw\u00e4hrung gleich hoch wie geplant sein, aber durch eine Translation in eigener W\u00e4hrung niedriger ausfallen. Dies gilt es durch Sensitivit\u00e4tsanalysen proaktiv aufzuzeigen. Anhand meiner langj\u00e4hrigen internationalen Erfahrung m\u00f6chte ich den Teilnehmenden konkrete Beispiele beim Umgang mit der Inflation aufzeigen.
