Welche Kompetenz hast Du Dir selbst zuletzt angeeignet?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Fachlich gesehen habe ich mich zuletzt mit dem Thema Nachhaltigkeit im Controlling auseinandergesetzt. Das ist das Spannende an meinem Beruf \u2013 ich darf immer wieder in neue Themengebiete eintauchen und diese vertiefen. Wobei wir jetzt diskutieren k\u00f6nnen, ab wann man sich eine Kompetenz tats\u00e4chlich angeeignet hat. Wichtig finde ich, am Ball zu bleiben, offen f\u00fcr Neues zu sein, Etabliertes zu pr\u00fcfen und sich auch nicht zu scheuen, Fragen zu stellen. Ich versuche einen Growth Mindset zu leben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Privat habe ich meinen Mann gefragt, der meinte \u00abKochen\u00bb. Das lasse ich jetzt einfach mal kommentarlos so stehen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Worauf freust Du Dich bei der Controller Tagung Schweiz besonders?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Programm \u00abFuture Skills im Controlling\u00bb greift sehr viele verschiedene Aspekte auf. Es kommen sowohl Controllerinnen und Controller als auch F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte zu Wort und wir holen zus\u00e4tzlich die Einsch\u00e4tzung der Human Resources und des Business ab. Ich denke, dass das gerade bei der Podiumsdiskussion zu einem interessanten Austausch \u00fcber die zuk\u00fcnftigen Rollenbilder im Controlling f\u00fchrt. Ich betrachte die Kompetenzen vorwiegend aus der Sicht des Controllings, deswegen bin ich auf die anderen Perspektiven gespannt. Mein pers\u00f6nliches Highlight sind aber die Gespr\u00e4che mit den Teilnehmenden und Referenten w\u00e4hrend der Pausen und beim anschliessenden Ap\u00e9ro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Abschliessend noch kurz: Was wird Deine Rolle an der Controller Tagung Schweiz 2023 sein?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>An der Tagung habe ich dieses Jahr die Freude, die Inhalte der Vortr\u00e4ge am Ende zusammenzufassen und ein Fazit zu ziehen. Aktuell sind Uli, Markus und ich mit der Konferenzvorbereitung besch\u00e4ftigt. Interessierte und Teilnehmende der Controller Tagung Schweiz d\u00fcrfen sich sehr gerne bei Fragen an mich wenden.
