GRC-Trends aus erster Hand"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Von <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hslu.ch\/de-ch\/hochschule-luzern\/ueber-uns\/personensuche\/profile\/?pid=5495\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ute Laun<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Erweiterte Sorgfaltspflichten in der Lieferkette, die Bewertung von Risiken, Chancen und Auswirkungen von ESG-Aspekten, die M\u00f6glichkeiten und Grenzen des Einsatzes von KI &#8211; das sind nur einige der Themen, die in diesem Jahr die GRC-Welt bewegen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aus GRC-Perspektive kann keines dieser Themen isoliert betrachtet werden, sondern sie erfordern eine integrierte Herangehensweise und den Einbezug aller betroffenen Unternehmensfunktionen, um die resultierenden Risiken zu managen, Chancen zu identifizieren und zu nutzen und langfristig die Resilienz des Unternehmens zu sichern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Umsetzung der CSRD stellt viele Unternehmen vor grosse Herausforderungen. Nicht nur die \u00ab\u00dcbersetzung\u00bb der ESRS-Standards in den Business Kontext, sondern auch die erforderlichen Anpassungen in Governance, Strategie und nicht zuletzt im Datenmanagement, erfordern Knowhow und Ressourcen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Compliance und Risk Funktionen sind gefordert, Prozesse und Steuerungsrahmen neu zu denken. Auch der Aufbau eines Datenmanagements, das den neuen Reportinganforderungen gen\u00fcgt, ist mit Fragestellungen und Entscheidungsprozessen bzgl. Datenschutz und Due-Diligence Prozessen verbunden. KI-basierte Tools k\u00f6nnen bei der Prozessoptimierung unterst\u00fctzen. Daf\u00fcr sind jedoch geeignete Data Lakes ein Muss, und die Nutzung KI-basierter Tools erfordert wiederum eine Compliance- und regelbasierte Steuerung der Einsatzm\u00f6glichkeiten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div anwendungsorientierter Forschung wichtiger sind als je zuvor.
