Was zeichnet f\u00fcr Euch die Zeitenwende im Controlling aus?<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aktuell beobachten wir eine stetige Automatisierung der Controlling-T\u00e4tigkeiten. Der Controller, der bisher mechanische Zahlenbearbeitungen im Excel durchgef\u00fchrt hat, \u00fcbernimmt nun verst\u00e4rkt \u00dcberwachungst\u00e4tigkeiten der Automatisierung. Dies verschafft ihm mehr Zeit zur Unterst\u00fctzung der Business-Verantwortlichen und ver\u00e4ndert kontinuierlich das Rollenverst\u00e4ndnis des Controllings. Die Anforderungen steigen, da neben der Finanzbuchhaltung auch ein fundiertes Verst\u00e4ndnis der Gesch\u00e4ftsprozesse erforderlich ist. Somit r\u00fcckt die Gesch\u00e4ftsmodellierung in den Vordergrund, die das Management in der Entscheidungsfindung unterst\u00fctzt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gem\u00e4ss unserer Einsch\u00e4tzung hilft KI dabei, unterschiedliche und nicht relationale Datenquellen zu integrieren und den Aufwand f\u00fcr die Interpretation der Datenstrukturen zu minimieren. Zus\u00e4tzlich kann die k\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz unterst\u00fctzend wirken, um die Datenqualit\u00e4t zu steigern und grosse Datenmengen zu analysieren. Ein weiterer Einsatzbereich ist die Kommentierung und Interpretation von Ergebnissen. Schlussendlich wird KI auch das Benchmarking von Gesch\u00e4ftsergebnissen unterst\u00fctzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
