Das Ziel des Diversity Index ist es, die Heterogenit\u00e4t der Belegschaft in Organisationen zu messen und diese mittels einer Kennzahl abzubilden. In einer Online-Umfrage beantworteten 37 Unternehmen rund 50 Fragen zur allgemeinen Organisation des Unternehmens, zum Diversity Management, zu den Kriterien Alter, Geschlecht, Nationalit\u00e4t, Religion sowie Gesundheit.<\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">Im\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/hub.hslu.ch\/ifz\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/165\/files\/sites\/6\/2017\/04\/Hille_Zimmermann_Wanzenried_Diversity-Management_Business-Excellence_1704.pdf\">Artikel<\/a> des &#171;Business Excellence&#187; legen die Autorinnen den Fokus auf das Diversity Management , das Geschlecht und das Alter.<\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">Die Erkenntnisse aus der dritten Erhebung des Diversity Index sind vielf\u00e4ltig und werden am 3.
