Ruth, welches vermittelte Wissen war f\u00fcr dich im CAS ICC besonders interessant?<\/strong>
Die Kombination von Praxis und Theorie fand ich sehr spannend und gewinnbringend. Inhaltlich hat mich \u00abChange\u00bb sehr interessiert. Intellektuell fand ich den Tag zur \u00abVer\u00e4nderung des Ver\u00e4nderungsmanagements\u00bb mit Dr. Gian-Claudio Gentile inspirierend und anregend.
F\u00fcr die Praxis von grossem Nutzen war z.B. der CAS-Tag zum Thema Employer Relations, weil ich in meiner Funktion auch f\u00fcr die Arbeitgebermarke verantwortlich bin. Die Inhalte von Dr. Alexandra Heizereder waren top. Ich habe diese direkt mit unserem HR-Team besprochen: Wir haben gepr\u00fcft, was wir davon umsetzen k\u00f6nnen. Die Feedbacks des HR-Teams waren sehr positiv. F\u00fcr mich war die Erkenntnis \u00abeine gute Marke w\u00e4chst von innen\u00bb ein Game Changer. Darauf baue ich nun meine gesamte interne Kommunikation und unsere Arbeitgeberkommunikation auf, auch in Bezug auf Mitarbeiterbindung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Welche Case Studies waren f\u00fcr dich gewinnbringend \u2013 und weshalb?<\/strong>
Das waren einige, eigentlich alle. Gleich zu Beginn des CAS z.B. der Case der Sika AG mit Pierina Engelhard: Sehr aktuell, praxisnah, digital. Sie hat erl\u00e4utert, wie wir Nutzer:innen unterst\u00fctzen k\u00f6nnen, das vom Unternehmen gew\u00fcnschte Tool zu verwenden. Davon konnte ich viel auf meine Arbeit \u00fcbertragen, also auf unsere App f\u00fcr Mitarbeitende.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Weshalb war der Zugang zu den Dozierenden f\u00fcr dich wertvoll?<\/strong>
Weil eigentlich alle Dozierenden des CAS ICC ihre Erfahrungen mit uns geteilt und oft auch \u00fcber Projekte gesprochen haben, die nicht nur reibungslos verliefen. Damit haben sie es geschafft, einen Bezug zur Praxis herzustellen und die Relevanz des jeweiligen Themas zu betonen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Was kannst du in deinen Berufsalltag mitnehmen?<\/strong>
In meinem Berufsalltag habe ich bereits viel adaptiert, vor allem in der Zusammenarbeit mit dem HR-Team sowie mit meiner direkten Vorgesetzten, der CEO. Dabei wende ich die CAS-Inputs von Marion Tarrach an: Beim Briefing genau abkl\u00e4ren, nachfragen, auch mal unbequem sein und damit effektiv ans gemeinsame Ziel kommen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In welcher Form profitiert deine Arbeitgeberin von deiner CAS-Teilnahme?<\/strong>
Meine Arbeitgeberin profitiert in grossem Umfang von meiner Weiterbildung. Einerseits weil wir als Leistungsnachweis zu dritt ein Kommunikationskonzept geschrieben haben, um den Wandel im Betagtenzentrum Emmen unterst\u00fctzen zu k\u00f6nnen. Andererseits weil ich nach jedem CAS-Tag wertvolle Impulse sofort ins Unternehmen einbringen konnte. Ich habe das Gl\u00fcck, f\u00fcr ein Unternehmen zu arbeiten, das sehr offen f\u00fcr neue Inputs ist. So habe ich zahlreiche kleine Dinge direkt angewendet.
Im CAS ICC haben wir oft festgestellt, dass viele kleine Anpassungen zu bedeutenden Entwicklungen und wesentlichen Verbesserungen f\u00fchren k\u00f6nnen. Wie begr\u00fcssen wir z.B. neue Mitarbeitende: Wie und mit welchen Inhalten empfangen wir sie?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wie hat dich das CAS Internal and Change Communication auf pers\u00f6nlicher Ebene weitergebracht?<\/strong>
Ich glaube, meine pers\u00f6nliche Weiterentwicklung verlief in vielen kleinen Schritten. Nach jedem Tag habe ich Teilbereiche meines Arbeitens angeschaut und angepasst. Dank den Tagen mit Dr. Constanze Jecker, Leiterin des CAS ICC<\/a>, haben wir uns in der Gruppe fortlaufend reflektiert. Das half mir, meine Rolle bewusster zu gestalten: Was sind meine St\u00e4rken? Wie kann ich zum Erfolg des Unternehmens beitragen? Wie will ich arbeiten \u2013 und wie will ich sein beim Arbeiten? Das fand ich sehr wertvoll. Die eigene Reflexion und auch die Auseinandersetzung damit in der Gruppe.<\/p>\n\n\n
