Dabei werden die St\u00e4dte in eine der f\u00fcnf Risikostufen (von depressed zu bubble risk)\u00a0eingeteilt. Es f\u00e4llt auf, dass die meisten St\u00e4dte \u00fcberbewertet sind. Gem\u00e4ss UBS haben sich die Immobilienpreise seit 1998 in einigen St\u00e4dten verdoppelt und im Durchschnitt liegen die Preise sogar\u00a0h\u00f6her als vor der Finanzkrise im Jahre 2007\/2008.<\/p>\n<p>Hongkong und London gelten dabei als besonders risikoreiche Finanzzentren. Die H\u00e4userpreise\u00a0der beiden einzigen Schweizer St\u00e4dte, Z\u00fcrich und Genf, werden als \u00fcberbewertet eingesch\u00e4tzt.
