Diesmal ist es umgekehrt: Die Informatik wird zu Hilfe genommen, um zu erkl\u00e4ren, wie der mRNA-Impfstoff von Biontech\/Pfizer funktioniert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abErstaunliche Parallelen zwischen Impfstoff und Informatik sind nicht von der Hand zu weisen\u00bb, sagt Informatik-Student <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/stephan-stofer\/?originalSubdomain=ch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Stephan Stofer<\/a>. In seinem <a href=\"https:\/\/3fach.ch\/programm\/stooszyt\/die-mrna-covid-impfung-und-ihre-parallelen-zur-informatik\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Beitrag auf Radio 3FACH<\/a> beleuchtet er den Zusammenhang und erkl\u00e4rt den \u00abProgrammcode\u00bb des Impfstoffs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Mir fiel es durch dieses Beispiel leichter, das Prinzip der Impfung zu verstehen.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abBasis und Motivation f\u00fcr diesen Beitrag war ein <a href=\"https:\/\/berthub.eu\/articles\/posts\/german-reverse-engineering-source-code-of-the-biontech-pfizer-vaccine\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">grandioser Blogpost von Bert Hubert<\/a>\u00bb, erkl\u00e4rt Stofer. Bert Hubert ist ein niederl\u00e4ndischer Unternehmer und Software-Entwickler und interessiert sich f\u00fcr Biologie, insbesondere f\u00fcr die DNA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abIch war fasziniert von seinen Vergleichen mit der Informatik\u00bb, sagt der Student. So beschreibt er zum Beispiel die DNA als Festplattenspeicher unseres K\u00f6rpers. Die RNA hingegen ist der fl\u00fcchtige Arbeitsspeicher der DNA. \u00abBevor mit der DNA etwas passieren kann, werden die Informationen, wie beim Computer, zuerst in den schnelleren und flexibleren Speicher kopiert. Die mRNA kann man mit einem Programmcode vergleichen. Das Immunsystem erkennt die Gefahr und bildet Antik\u00f6rper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abMir fiel es durch dieses Beispiel leichter, das Prinzip der Impfung zu verstehen\u00bb, sagt der Informatik-Student. Diesen Zugang wollte er auch anderen Menschen erm\u00f6glichen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Denn: \u00abDie mRNA-Impfung ist eine raffinierte Technik, wor\u00fcber eigentlich alle Bescheid wissen sollten\u00bb, ist Stephan Stofer \u00fcberzeugt.
