Herr H\u00e4mmerli, die Er\u00f6ffnung des Studiengangs <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hslu.ch\/de-ch\/informatik\/studium\/bachelor\/information-and-cyber-security\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Information &amp; Cyber Security<\/a> war ein voller Erfolg. Was nehmen Sie mit?<br>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prof. Dr. Bernhard H\u00e4mmerli:<\/strong> Es hat mich ausserordentlich gefreut, dass die Er\u00f6ffnungsfeier auf so grosses Interesse bei den Teilnehmenden, den Medien und den Studierenden gestossen ist. Cyber Security ist in der Fachgemeinschaft schon lange bekannt, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ejpd.admin.ch\/ejpd\/de\/home\/aktuell\/news\/2018\/2018-07-043.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">nun scheint auch die Politik ernst machen zu wollen<\/a>: Das Gespann St\u00e4nderat Eder und Bundesrat Parmelin, mit Unterst\u00fctzung des Pr\u00e4sidenten der Sicherheitspolitischen Kommission, St\u00e4nderat Josef Dittli, hat viel bewirkt, wie beispielsweise die Cyber-Lehrg\u00e4nge der Armee und den <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vbs.admin.ch\/de\/verteidigung\/schutz-vor-cyber-angriffen.detail.document.html\/vbs-internet\/de\/documents\/verteidigung\/cyber\/Aktionsplan-Cyberdefense-d.pdf.html\">Aktionsplan f\u00fcr Cyberdefence<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Warum werden Cyber-Risiken von Unternehmen oft noch untersch\u00e4tzt?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>H\u00e4mmerli:<\/strong> Die Vorfallsumme von Cyber-Sch\u00e4den war in der Vergangenheit relativ gering und viele Firmen sind nicht schlecht damit gefahren, auch Risiken einzugehen. Inzwischen hat eine betr\u00e4chtliche Zahl der Unternehmen schon einmal einen Cyber-Vorfall gehabt. Es w\u00e4re gut, wenn diese sich das Sprichwort \u00abDurch Schaden wird man klug\u00bb zu Herzen nehmen w\u00fcrden. Noch kl\u00fcger w\u00e4re es, aus den publizierten F\u00e4llen zu lernen. In Zukunft wird es nicht mehr funktionieren, Risiken in Kauf zu nehmen, da die heutigen und kommenden Sch\u00e4den, meist massiven Einfluss auf die Bilanz haben werden. Wie sind die R\u00fcckmeldungen bis jetzt?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>H\u00e4mmerli:<\/strong> Einen Studiengang neu aufzusetzen, bedeutet prim\u00e4r viel Arbeit. Diese sind wir proaktiv angegangen und hatten Erfolg beim Anwerben von Studierenden, sodass wir den Lehrgang zwei Mal im Jahr, Mitte Februar und Mitte September, anbieten k\u00f6nnen.
