November 2018<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><br><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abThe future is now\u00bb, ein oft bel\u00e4chelter Satz, der die Atmosph\u00e4re am <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/digitalfestival.ch\/en\/HACK\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">HackZurich<\/a><\/strong> jedoch treffend beschreibt. Hunderte Entwicklerinnen, Designer und Investorinnen befinden sich w\u00e4hrend 40 Stunden in diesem Schmelztiegel, um an Prototypen f\u00fcr neue Apps, Gesch\u00e4ftsideen und Technologien zu basteln. Der Hackathon hat sich als ein Highlight der schweizerischen Tech-Szene etabliert und die Pl\u00e4tze sind begehrt. Umso mehr freute es uns, dass wir unter den 4800 Bewerbungen ausgew\u00e4hlt wurden und zu den 550 Teilnehmenden geh\u00f6rten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"HackZurich 2018 \/\/ Official Aftermovie\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/p6fVJPW4bXQ?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Zur Vorbereitung haben wir ausgeschlafen und unser Team ist auch schon mit einigen Ideen im Gep\u00e4ck angereist. Bereits Code zu schreiben, war allerdings verboten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tinder f\u00fcr Socken oder ein soziales Netzwerk nur mit Emojis?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das zweite Team der Hochschule Luzern \u2013 Informatik wusste schon, welche Technologie sie anwenden wollte: React Native, ein Framework von Facebook, um&nbsp;native Apps plattform\u00fcbergreifend und parallel f\u00fcr Android und iOS zu schreiben. Ihre Ursprungs-Idee war ein Tinder f\u00fcr Socken. Dies verwarfen sie jedoch wieder und entschieden sich nach langem Hin und Her f\u00fcr ein soziales Netzwerk, das nur mit Emojis auskommen sollte. Eine Auto-Versicherung wollte ihre Risiken bei den Millennials minimieren, die SBB den Personenfluss in Bahnh\u00f6fen maximieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Doch auch wir haben uns auf eine eigene Idee konzentriert: Ein Spiel, um Musik-Songs zu erraten. Im Stil von Quizduell sollten vier Songs abgespielt werden, die dann so schnell wie m\u00f6glich einem von vier Artistinnen zugeordnet werden mussten. Die Idee hatten wir beim Durchst\u00f6bern der Spotify API. Dies war nur dank grosser Mengen Koffein machbar&#8230; Am Sonntagmorgen haben sich viele leere Club Mate Flaschen auf und unter unserem Tisch angesammelt und wir durften unser Projekt v\u00f6llig \u00fcberm\u00fcdet in drei Minuten Pitch und zwei Minuten Q&amp;A einer Jury pr\u00e4sentieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p> \u00abAm Sonntagmorgen haben sich viele leere Club Mate Flaschen auf und unter unserem Tisch angesammelt\u00bb <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Projekte wurden dann auf ihre Innovation, Usability und technischen Aspekte hin bewertet. Das Team \u00abyelims\u00bb \u00fcberzeugte und durfte ihr \u00abEmoji based Social Network\u00bb an der Schlussveranstaltung vor allen Teilnehmenden pr\u00e4sentieren. \u00abVor so vielen Leuten zu sprechen, ist schon eine spezielle Erfahrung. Besonders wenn man in nur drei Minuten auf den Punkt kommen muss\u00bb, berichtet Team-Mitglied Marco Palkoska.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gewonnen hat \u00fcbrigens eine Gruppe die einen Algorithmus entwickelt hat, um Deepfake Videos zu erkennen. Das Team nutzte Bildverarbeitungsalgorithmen und Machine Learning um Video-F\u00e4lschungen zu entlarven. Uns Tischnachbar-Team, welches wir w\u00e4hrend den Schlusspr\u00e4sentationen aus den Augen verloren hatten, hinterliess uns eine kleine Botschaft um in Kontakt zu bleiben.
