Dabei haben wir uns insbesondere mit den geeigneten Use Cases f\u00fcr Chat- und Voice-L\u00f6sungen befasst und m\u00f6gliche Herausforderungen bei der Einf\u00fchrung von Conversational AI-L\u00f6sungen identifiziert.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unsere Studie beinhaltet auch die Untersuchung der idealen Kombination aus Mensch und Maschine sowie die effektive Integration von Chat- und Voicebots mit von Menschen bedienten Kommunikationskan\u00e4len.
