So sind sowohl Ver\u00e4nderungen im Markt, im Angebot und im Wettbewerb als die zentralen Treiber der Transformation zu identifizieren. Erste Bestrebungen bzw. Entwicklungen in dieser Hinsicht sind seit geraumer Zeit auch im Schweizer Versicherungsmarkt zu beobachten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Der Markt wandelt sich von vormals physisch lokal hin zu plattformbasiert und global.<\/li><li>Das bis dato produktzentrierte Angebot weicht nach und nach einem kundenorientierten Service- und Produktangebot.<\/li><li>Die digitalen Technologien generieren riesige Mengen an Daten, die eine Anpassung des Service- und Produktangebots auf die individuellen Bed\u00fcrfnisse der Kund*innen erlauben. <\/li><li>Der Wettbewerb orientiert sich zuk\u00fcnftig nicht mehr an einzelnen Unternehmen und deren Marken(st\u00e4rke). Vielmehr wird dieser in branchen\u00fcbergreifenden \u00d6kosystemen unter verschiedenen Playern ausgetragen werden.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wie und wo kann ich mich \u00fcber diese Entwicklungen informieren?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In einer sich rapide \u00e4ndernden Welt l\u00e4uft man schnell Gefahr, zuk\u00fcnftige Trends nicht rechtzeitig zu erkennen. Oder aber \u00fcber aktuelle Entwicklungen zu sp\u00e4t bzw. \u00fcberhaupt nicht informiert zu sein. Eine m\u00f6gliche L\u00f6sung w\u00e4re, verschiedene Informationsquellen rund um das Thema Versicherung und Digitalisierung zu durchforsten.
