April 2012 (kein Aprilscherz!) kann bestraft werde, wer den Vermerk im Telefonbuch nicht beachtet, dass ein Kunde keine Werbemitteilungen, insbesondere Werbeanrufe von Dritten, erhalten m\u00f6chte und dass seine Daten zu Zwecken der Direktwerbung nicht weitergegeben werden d\u00fcrfen (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.admin.ch\/opc\/de\/classified-compilation\/19860391\/index.html#a3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Art. 3 Abs. 1 lit. u UWG<\/a>&nbsp;i.V.m.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.admin.ch\/opc\/de\/classified-compilation\/19860391\/index.html#a23\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Art. 23 UWG<\/a>). Daf\u00fcr versieht Swisscom Directories auf Ersuchen der Inhaber die entsprechenden Telefonnummern in ihren Verzeichnissen (\u00abTelefonbuch\u00bb) mit einem Stern (*).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Schon im Jahre 2012 hatten jedoch viele Leute keinen Festnetzanschluss mehr und ihre Handy-Nummer wurde a priori nicht in den Verzeichnissen von Swisscom publiziert. Werden solche Nummern durch kommerzielle Anbieter angerufen, k\u00f6nnen diese Anbieter grunds\u00e4tzlich nicht bestraft werden, da Telefonmarketing bzw. Werbeanrufe in der Schweiz grunds\u00e4tzlich nicht verboten ist bzw. sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Werbeanrufe sind gr\u00f6sstes Konsumenten-\u00c4rgernis<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" src=\"https:\/\/hub.hslu.ch\/management-and-law\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/901\/files\/sites\/15\/2019\/10\/Telefonmarketing-1024x576.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1197\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Wie mich die Redaktion der Konsumentensendung \u00abEspresso\u00bb von Schweizer Radio und Fersehen SRF einmal im Rahmen eines Interviews informierte, geh\u00f6ren Werbeanrufe zu den gr\u00f6ssten Konsumenten-\u00c4rgernissen in der Schweiz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mit App von Swisscom Werbeanrufe blocken<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"228\" height=\"226\" src=\"https:\/\/hub.hslu.ch\/management-and-law\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/901\/files\/sites\/15\/2019\/10\/local.ch_-2-e1571135353977.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1204\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hub.hslu.ch\/management-and-law\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/901\/files\/sites\/15\/2019\/10\/local.ch_-2-e1571135353977.jpg 228w, https:\/\/hub.hslu.ch\/management-and-law\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/901\/files\/sites\/15\/2019\/10\/local.ch_-2-e1571135353977-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 228px) 100vw, 228px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn der Gesetzgeber die Konsumenten im Stich l\u00e4sst, stellt sich die Frage, wie sich diese selber helfen k\u00f6nnen. Da das Problem auch der Reputation von Swisscom schadet, bietet Swisscom Directories mit ihrer <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/apps.apple.com\/ch\/app\/local-ch\/id300110733\" target=\"_blank\">App \u00ablocal.ch\u00bb<\/a> eine L\u00f6sung an. Wenn man diese App auf das Handy herunterl\u00e4dt, kann man in der Folge in den Telefon-Einstellungen Werbeanrufe blockieren. Zudem kann man unter anderem mit iOS 13 nun auch wieder anonyme Anrufe sperren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Einstellungen auf dem Handy<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>Und so geht&#8217;s:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.
