Denn wenn immer mehr Aufgaben von Algorithmen, Bots und Robotern \u00fcbernommen werden, die Verantwortlichkeit f\u00fcr Fehler aber bei den Menschen innerhalb der Organisation bleibt, hemme dies deren Risikobereitschaft. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deshalb ist es zentral, dass sich die neuen M\u00f6glichkeiten auch in bei der Ausgestaltung von Aufgaben, Kompetenzen und Verantwortung niederschlagen.
