Conversational Banking dient dabei als \u00dcberbegriff f\u00fcr die dialog-basierte Kommunikation zum Beispiel in Form von Live-Chat, Chatbot oder Voicebot. Die Studienergebnisse zeigen, wann sich die Zielgruppen den Chat mit einer Bank w\u00fcnschen und in welchen Situationen die klassischen Kommunikationsmassnahmen wie E-Mail oder Filialbesuch weiterhin bevorzugt werden.
