Talent Kick will help you find a co-founder with a complementary skillset and gain hands-on experience as an entrepreneur. During the program, you will create a stable foundation that enables you to confidently choose the entrepreneurial career path after your studies!
Program Overview
Talent Kick is a highly selective, cross-university program lasting 2 to 4 semesters until your graduation, which will help you find an interdisciplinary co-founder team and combine your studies with entrepreneurial experience.
The 1st semester is designed around bootcamps, events, workshops, and coaching, enabling you to form a stable team and a strong bond with your co-founders, develop your leadership skills, get initial direction, and validate your technology/problem space more in-depth. This will prepare you to take control of your entrepreneurial journey. The most successful students will receive initial funding and move on to semesters 2–4.
Semesters 2–4 focus on building your network and receiving valuable input from experienced entrepreneurs, executives, potential customers, investors, and experts. You will validate your first ideas practically, leverage synergies with your studies, and connect to further programs and funding sources to extend your runway.

- Secured Fundings
- Co-founder secured and/or company founded
- Immersed in the Swiss and international entrepreneurial ecosystems
- Runway extended through other support programs Swiss-wide & from global program partners
Admission conditions:
- Applicants must be students enrolled at a Swiss university or university of applied sciences.
- Applicants must have at least 2 semesters remaining in their studies starting from the program’s commencement in February 2025.
- As part of the application, applicants must commit to attending bootcamps, workshops, and events on the dates specified by the program.
