M\u00e4rz 2016<\/strong> statt und\u00a0geht den zentralen Fragen der relationalen F\u00fchrung in modernen Netzwerkunternehmen nach: Wie bindet man effektiv verschiedene Stakeholder in die F\u00fchrung mit ein? Wie f\u00f6rdert man Co-Creation, Intrapreneurship und Innovation in einer vernetzen Welt? Wie steuert man dynamischen Wandel?<\/p>\n<p>Das Lab bringt einen kleinen, exklusiven Kreis aus Expertinnen und Experten aus der Forschung und Wirtschaft sowie erfahrenen F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ften aus verschiedenen Sektoren zusammen und bietet die M\u00f6glichkeit die neu erworbenen Erkenntnisse und F\u00e4higkeiten in einem innovativen Umfeld zu testen. Im Rahmen des Labs werden u.a. auch Einblicke in die F\u00fchrungsentwicklung typischer Silicon Valley-Unternehmen gew\u00e4hrt. Das Lab wird von <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/kenotter\">Dr. Ken Otter<\/a> und<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/pub\/ruth-f%C3%B6rster\/b8\/586\/86b\"> Dr. Ruth F\u00f6rster<\/a>geleitet.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr diesen aussergew\u00f6hnlichen Anlass wird nach offenen, erfahrenen und zukunftsorientierten Teilnehmenden gesucht.
