Lean Start-up ist eine Methode bzw. ein Ansatz der Unternehmensgr\u00fcndung, bei dem alle Prozesse m\u00f6glichst schlank und beweglich gehalten werden. Das Ziel ist es, mit m\u00f6glichst wenig Kapital ein erfolgreiches Unternehmen zu gr\u00fcnden, wobei der Fokus nicht auf einer perfekten und langwierigen Planung liegt, sondern eher auf \u00abLearning-by-doing\u00bb durch einen fr\u00fchen Markteintritt und st\u00e4ndiger Weiterentwicklung des Produkts und der Dienstleistung.<\/p>\n

Die Lean Start-up Methode eignet sich sehr gut, um Ideen rasch umzusetzen, Annahmen zu treffen, zu testen, das Produkt entsprechend anzupassen, andere Annahmen wieder zu verwerfen und so weiter. Auch in diversen Modulen und Workshops arbeiten wir mit dem Lean Start-up Ansatz und es hat sich bew\u00e4hrt, da er von jedermann rasch angewendet werden kann.<\/p>\n

Basic Lean Canvas f\u00fcr Mittelschulen<\/strong>
F\u00fcr den Einsatz an Mittelschulen hat die Studentin der Hochschule Luzern Technik & Architektur, Wirtschaftsingenieur, Ariane Erni, im Rahmen eines Industrieprojekts den Basic Lean Canvas entwickelt. Dieser ist an die Bed\u00fcrfnisse der Lernenden und Lehrpersonen angepasst und kann f\u00fcr die Ideenfindung und Gr\u00fcndung einer Miniunternehmung eingesetzt werden. Es soll den Lernenden dabei helfen, aus ihren Erfahrungen und F\u00e4higkeiten eine Idee f\u00fcr ein Produkt zu finden und diese dann konkret zu einem Gesch\u00e4ftsmodell auszuarbeiten.<\/p>\n

Die folgende Abbildung zeigt einen ersten Entwurf des Basic Lean Canvas, welcher noch nicht finalisiert ist:<\/p>\n\n\n
