{"id":7529,"date":"2021-01-04T07:00:25","date_gmt":"2021-01-04T06:00:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hub.hslu.ch\/smart-up\/?p=7529"},"modified":"2026-02-11T14:53:37","modified_gmt":"2026-02-11T13:53:37","slug":"funding-female-founders","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hub.hslu.ch\/smart-up\/2021\/01\/04\/funding-female-founders\/","title":{"rendered":"Funding Female Founders: Lasst uns in Frauen investieren!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n\n\n<p>Das Projekt \u00ab<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fundingfemalefounders.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Funding Female Founders<\/a>\u00bb, welches unter anderen von der Hochschule Luzern und dessen Gr\u00fcnderprogramm \u00abSmart-up\u00bb sowie dem Eidgen\u00f6ssischen B\u00fcro f\u00fcr Gleichstellung von Frau und Mann (EBG) unterst\u00fctzt wird, m\u00f6chte einen wichtigen ersten Schritt leisten und die Finanzierung von Female Founders vorantreiben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Female Founders sind zwar immer noch eine Minderheit im Start-up Sektor, doch ihre Zahl steigt stetig \u2013 auch in der Schweiz. Umso wichtiger ist es, dass Female Founders auch die n\u00f6tigen finanziellen Mittel erhalten, um ihre innovativen Ideen zu verwirklichen. Oftmals bieten von Frauen gef\u00fchrte Unternehmen neue und gerade f\u00fcr den m\u00e4nnerdominierten Finanzsektor eher unkonventionelle Investitionschancen. So f\u00e4llt es wohl dem einen oder anderen Investor nach wie vor schwer, den Business Case von Tech-Produkten f\u00fcr Fruchtbarkeit und Menstruation oder den Bedarf an Programmierungskursen f\u00fcr Frauen zu erkennen. Doch auch Frauen mit weniger frauenspezifischen Gesch\u00e4ftsideen tun sich oftmals schwer.
