Ab sofort haben Schweizer Unternehmen die Chance, sich in sechs Kategorien um einen Award zu bewerben: Customer Focus, Customer Experience, Employee Focus, Innovation, Field Service Management und, f\u00fcr euch besonders interessant, Newcomer (Start-ups).<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der&nbsp;Customer Relations Award&nbsp;ist eine Plattform, welche Projekte rund um die Gestaltung von nachhaltigen Kundenbeziehungen und einmaligen Kundeninteraktionen im digitalen Zeitalter feiert und auszeichnet. Organisiert wird der Customer Relations Award vom cmm360.ch, dem Magazin f\u00fcr Manager von nachhaltigen Kundenbeziehungen, in Kooperation mit der HSLU.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In der Kategorie Newcomer (Start-ups) werden Start-ups gesucht, deren Gr\u00fcndung noch nicht l\u00e4nger als 5 Jahre zur\u00fcck liegt und die eine innovative, neue L\u00f6sung pr\u00e4sentieren rund um Kundenbeziehungsmanagement, CX, Customer Service oder auch Kundenkommunikation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bewertet werden die Projekte durch eine unabh\u00e4ngige Jury, welche \u00fcber eine breite und langj\u00e4hrige Expertise verf\u00fcgt und diese mit viel Herzblut jedes Jahr wieder einbringt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Du kannst dein Projekt noch bis am 29.
