The middle-class two-generation house I grew up in, built in 1981 in the south of Jakarta, became an apartment block for workers that came from the villages. The building fell into disrepair, neglected by ageing relatives or those who were moving away. In my sentimental memories of my childhood up to the age of seven, this house with its family life became a place of longing for me, especially in 2010, when I migrated to Switzerland. The exhibition includes a video installation consisting of a 3D scan through the house, colour photographs and archive photos of the family.
