Léon Bolz
Rapidly declining global biodiversity is one of the greatest ecological challenges of the coming decades and has enormous implications for the climate and our natural livelihoods.
Invasive species introduced by humans disrupt the balance of our animal and plant world. Some of them could be used as food. So too, the asiatic clam, currently one of the most widespread invasive species in aquatic systems worldwide.
With a new product category between shovel and landing net, Léon Bolz develops: Nautilus. This facilitates the collection of the invasive mussels and makes them accessible as food for private use.
