Lifelong learning is essential, yet its structures remain outdated. People at all career stages lack guidance, time and support to learn, and face difficult career transitions. We must rethink and redesign how lifelong learning is supported and experienced.
Unfinished is a curatorial and educational concept for museums and social spaces. It offers a neutral area to reflect on personal learning needs, reframing career services beyond education, employment, and coaching.
During the exhibition, visitors explore personal realities and structural tensions, discover their learning type, and access tools and inspiration to navigate change and shape their own lifelong learning journey.
The service supports anyone exploring growth, whether in early career, mid-career, or retirement. It offers a shared perspective on lifelong learning, empowering people to take action and expand their agency.
Unfinished is a critical space to rethink lifelong learning. It supports individual journeys, challenges barriers to growth, and builds resilience and collective capacity for today’s complex challenges.
