Michael Früh, student of the MSc IFM programme, analyses the impact of the Balanced Scorecard on company performance in his master thesis. Together with his supervisors Imke Keimer and Michael Blankenagel, both lecturers at the Institute of Financial Services Zug IFZ, Michael Früh further developed his master thesis to the paper “The impact of Balanced Scorecard Excellence on Shareholder Returns”. The paper was accepted and presented at the annual congress of the European Accounting Association in Maastricht – one of the major conferences for European accounting research.
